2.1 Automatically Collected Information

If you contact us via our contact form, we may collect your name and email address solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry. We do not store this information beyond what is necessary to reply.

Account and Sign-In Data
If you create an account, we store your email address, display name, email verification state, account-provider identifiers, and session records so we can authenticate you and provide account features. Email codes are sent through our email service, and Google account information is received only when you choose Google sign-in.
Account features may store private project documents and thumbnails, private favorites, account-linked likes, and optional creator-profile details such as a public handle, bio, social usernames, and website. Patterns submitted while signed in are linked to your account.
If you choose Apple sign-in, we store the verified Apple identifier and email (including a private relay address if you choose it). Encrypted authorization credentials allow us to revoke Apple access when you delete your account. We never require your real email when you choose to hide it.
Reports store the pattern, selected reason, optional details and submission time. Signed-in reports are associated with your account; guest reports use short-lived submission credentials and limited abuse-prevention data. Author blocks sync with your account; guest blocks and hidden patterns stay on your device. Resolved report details are removed after 30 days.
An accepted account deletion revokes sessions and removes your public submissions from view. We then cancel renewal, revoke Apple credentials, and remove account data, private cloud projects, public submissions, related preferences and stored thumbnails. Unresolved billing or external failures remain in a retryable deletion task. Minimal encrypted billing references may remain for payment reconciliation and obligations. Independent local files remain on your devices.
3. Google AdSense

7. User-Uploaded Images
When you use our pattern generator, you may upload an image to convert it into a bead pattern.
If you choose to make your pattern public: Your uploaded image and the generated pattern will be stored on our servers and displayed publicly on the website, where other users can view and use it.
If you choose to keep your pattern private: We will not store your image or pattern on our servers. The image is processed temporarily in your browser or on our server solely to generate the pattern preview, and is immediately discarded once the session ends. We do not retain any copy of non-public images.
You are responsible for ensuring that any image you upload does not infringe on third-party rights. By making a pattern public, you grant Pixel Beads Art a non-exclusive license to display that content on the website.
Chrome Extension Imports
Using the Perler Bead Art Chrome extension is user initiated. After you select its right-click command, the extension temporarily stores the selected image, source page URL and title, file name, and transfer metadata locally in the browser for no longer than 10 minutes.
The extension sends this transfer directly to the Pixel Beads generator in this browser tab without a temporary image-upload server. The temporary extension record is deleted after the generator acknowledges or rejects the import, or it expires. The website keeps the transfer only in this tab's memory while it is processed.
Extension import analytics use only coarse technical fields and exclude the image, source URL or domain, page title, file name, transfer ID, hash, and exact dimensions or file size. If you later choose to publish a pattern, that separate action follows the public-content rules above.
Pixel Beads Android App
This section applies specifically to the Pixel Beads Android app (package name com.pixelbeads.app), provided by Pixel Beads Art. The core pattern creation and editing features work offline and do not require an account. You may create or access an optional account using an email verification code or Google sign-in. When you sign in and choose cloud or community features, the app sends the information needed to provide them to Pixel Beads Art. This may include your email address, display name, user ID, cloud project files and thumbnails, favorites and likes, and community submissions or interactions. You can start deletion of your account and associated server data from Account settings. Uninstalling the app does not delete data associated with an online account.
Photos selected through Android's system photo picker are processed entirely on your device and are not uploaded to us or to Google for advertising. Patterns saved locally remain in the app's private storage. A pattern is sent to our service only when you choose a feature such as cloud save or community publishing. Android backup is disabled for the app. PNG or PDF files are created only when you choose to export or share them, and exported copies remain on your device or with the app you selected.
The app uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) and Google Mobile Ads SDK to obtain privacy choices where required and to show app-open ads and user-initiated rewarded ads. For consent, ad delivery, analytics, and fraud prevention, Google may automatically collect or share data such as IP address (which may indicate approximate location), app interactions, diagnostics and performance information, and device or account identifiers. The app does not request Android's Advertising ID permission. Ad requests use an unspecified child-directed and age-restricted treatment setting, while ad content is limited to Google's G rating. Google's processing is governed by Google's own privacy terms. If you contact us, we use the information you provide only to respond to your request.
