Account and Sign-In Data

When you use our pattern generator, you may upload an image to convert it into a bead pattern.
If you choose to make your pattern public: Your uploaded image and the generated pattern will be stored on our servers and displayed publicly on the website, where other users can view and use it.
If you choose to keep your pattern private: We will not store your image or pattern on our servers. The image is processed temporarily in your browser or on our server solely to generate the pattern preview, and is immediately discarded once the session ends. We do not retain any copy of non-public images.
You are responsible for ensuring that any image you upload does not infringe on third-party rights. By making a pattern public, you grant Pixel Beads Art a non-exclusive license to display that content on the website.
Chrome Extension Imports
Using the Perler Bead Art Chrome extension is user initiated. After you select its right-click command, the extension temporarily stores the selected image, source page URL and title, file name, and transfer metadata locally in the browser for no longer than 10 minutes.
The extension sends this transfer directly to the Pixel Beads generator in this browser tab without a temporary image-upload server. The temporary extension record is deleted after the generator acknowledges or rejects the import, or it expires. The website keeps the transfer only in this tab's memory while it is processed.
Extension import analytics use only coarse technical fields and exclude the image, source URL or domain, page title, file name, transfer ID, hash, and exact dimensions or file size. If you later choose to publish a pattern, that separate action follows the public-content rules above.
Pixel Beads Android App
This section applies specifically to the Pixel Beads Android app (package name com.pixelbeads.app), provided by Pixel Beads Art. The core pattern features work offline and do not require an account. The app may use an internet connection to obtain privacy choices and display app-open advertising through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) and Google Mobile Ads SDK.
Photos are selected through Android's system photo picker and processed entirely on your device. The app does not upload or transmit your photos, generated patterns, or editing activity to us or to Google for advertising.
Saved patterns remain only in the app's private storage on your device. Android backup is disabled for the app. PNG or PDF files are created only when you choose to export or share them, and are stored or sent only to the destination you select. Uninstalling the app removes its private app data; copies you previously exported remain at the destination you selected.
For consent, ad delivery, analytics, and fraud prevention, Google may automatically collect or share data such as IP address (which may indicate approximate location), app interactions, diagnostics and performance information, and device or account identifiers. The app removes Android's Advertising ID permission, marks ad requests for child-directed treatment, and limits ad content to Google's G rating. Your available privacy choices are shown through UMP where required. Google's processing is governed by Google's own privacy terms. If you contact us, we use the information you provide only to respond to your request.
