Getting started
Pixel Beads Art is free to use. You do not need a subscription or payment to access the pattern generator.
You can use Pixel Beads Art without an account. Image conversion runs in your browser.
Click the upload area or drag and drop an image into the generator. JPG, JPEG, PNG, and WebP files up to 10 MB are supported. Images with a clear subject and strong contrast usually produce easier-to-check patterns.
Open the pattern generatorChoose from Perler, Hama, Artkal, and MARD color palettes. The generator maps image colors to the selected palette.
Choose a width of 52 or 104 beads in the settings panel. For another width, select 'Custom' and use the slider. The pattern height follows the image aspect ratio automatically.
Yes. Use the brush to add colors, the eraser to remove beads, and the eyedropper to pick a color from the pattern before you export or save your work.
Switch to another bead brand palette, then use the brush to adjust individual colors. Clear images with even lighting produce more stable matches.
Choose 'Export PDF' for a printable grid with bead codes and a material list, or choose 'Export Image' to download a PNG.
PDF includes a printable grid, bead codes, statistics, and instructions. Image export creates a PNG for sharing or viewing on a device.
You can use patterns created from your own images for personal or commercial projects. Obtain permission before using copyrighted source images that you do not own.
Check that the file is JPG, JPEG, PNG, or WebP and no larger than 10 MB. If it still does not load, try a smaller copy of the image or refresh the page and upload it again.
Large images and wide grids take longer to process. Reduce the grid width or use a smaller image. If processing stops, refresh the page and upload the image again.
